proposal
Once availability is confirmed, we will send over a proposal including product options and pricing.
make it official
You will receive an invoice and service agreement once you are ready to proceed with the booking process. A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to book your event. The remaining balance is due 1 week before your installation date.

Note: Balloon orders must be $350+ to qualify for delivery and installation. If your order does not meet this price threshold, we recommend our Grab & Go option. Orders placed in under two weeks are categorized as rush orders and will incur a 20% rush fee on top of balloon costs.
