HANGING INSTRUCTIONS
THE GARLAND
Step 1: Plan Placement
Adhere 3M hooks to the wall by pressing firmly then wait a minimum of 10 minutes before moving on to the next step. If I am attaching an eight-foot garland I usually place 3M hooks six feet apart so they are hidden behind the garland.
Step 2: Attach
While holding the balloon garland (find a friend to help hold), slip your free hand into the white balloon bracelet.
Step 3: Secure
Slip the balloon bracelet around a medium-sized balloon to secure it. Repeat these steps with the other side.
Step 4: Fluff
Gently fluff and move the balloons around to your liking.
The mini balloons are designed to be in the front and can be easily moved.

GARLAND ON FRAME
Step 1: Plan Placement
In your installation kit, you will receive binder clips with long rubber band balloons attached. Begin by attaching binder clips at the top, middle, and bottom of the frame or where you would like to attach your garland.
Step 2: Attach
Beginning at the top of the frame, take your garland and gently separate two balloons and slide the frame in between.
Step 3: Secure
Take the long rubber band balloon and stretch it around one of the medium-sized balloons to secure the garland.
Step 4: Fluff
Gently fluff and move the balloons around to make sure all of the binder clips are hidden.
The mini balloons are designed to be in the front and can be easily adjusted.

THE FOIL BALLOON
Step 1: Adhere Hook
Adhere the square hook to the back of your foil balloon. Use a square adhesive to tape up the inflation tail of the balloon.
Step 2: Attach Foil
Stretch the balloon bracelet around a balloon on your garland.
Step 3: Fluff
Move the foil balloon around until you find a place where it sits well.
Note: Orders with foil balloons will include a paper straw in the installation kit. This can be used to deflate and then re-inflate the balloons.
